Pregnancy Zoom Yoga
… On the Mornington Peninsula.
All pregnant ladies are welcome from second trimester onwards, with no previous yoga experience required.
Duration:
45 minutes.
Each week we begin with an open forum. This short introduction has become an integral part of the session.
Due to the intimate size of the sessions, postures are modified for the different stages of pregnancy, and tailored to the individual’s needs.
We focus on five prenatal posture groups, with emphasis on:
postural alignment for pregnancy
pelvic floor toning
working with props (pillows, chairs, etc.)
active birth and yogic tools for birthing
breathing
visualisation for pregnancy

Saturday 9am - 9:45am
Note: There is no class scheduled for Saturday Oct 2nd as birth classes are taking place.
