All mums (with or without bubs!) are welcome to attend, past their six-week post-natal check-up. No previous yoga experience required.
Duration:

Each week we begin with an open forum to discuss how we are feeling both physically & mentally. This short introduction has become an integral part of the session.
Due to the intimate size of the sessions, postures are modified for the different stages of postpartum, and tailored to the individual’s needs.

Saturday 10am - 10:45am
Note: There is no class scheduled for Saturday Oct 2nd as birth classes are taking place.
