Yoga:
I am a beginner and have never done any yoga - does this matter?
If you have never done yoga before, starting in pregnancy or as a new mum, is a lovely introduction as it is very gentle & effective. You will also be surrounded by others who are in the same boat! The space is very welcoming and inclusive & we will not be performing any dynamic headstands!
As Felicity is fully qualified in the pre & post natal space, all movements are safe. As the classes are intimate and capped at 10, they can be tailored to ensure all bodies are catered for. The classes are not about how flexible you are; it is about moving your body both during and after pregnancy & have a giggle in the process with other like minded mums!
When can I come to pregnancy yoga?
From the 2nd trimester onwards we would love to see you in class. You can keep coming right up until your baby decides to arrive. We’ve had ladies in class at 42 weeks!
When can I come to mums & bubs yoga?
Once you have your 6 week clinical sign off, we would love to see you and your baby in class.
I’ve booked into my first session, what do I need to bring?
Wear comfortable clothes that you can move & stretch.
Bottle of water
For mums & bubs yoga, a small towel or blanket for baby to lie on.
You are also welcome to bring toys, your carrier, or pram in with you! As well as changing & feeding supplies.
I’ve got a pre-existing injury/condition - how do I communicate this?
There is an enrolment form to complete for your initial booking where you can detail any injuries / conditions. At the start of each class, we have an open forum to introduce ourselves and let me know of anything going on with your body. I am always available to chat before class also.
How many people are in each sessions?
Maximum of 10 in all yoga classes. This small group setting allows us to tailor the yoga to suit each individual and create a tight knit community of mums that get to know each other through this time!
How do I cancel my pre-booked class?
Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before your class via the scheduling system. This gives clients on the waitlist an opportunity to fill the spot.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel less than 12 hours prior to the class start time or do not attend (no show), unfortunately you will forfeit that class/session.
We acknowledge that unavoidable and exceptional circumstances occur from time to time, and credits may be applied in these instances upon request and at our discretion.
Do you provide refunds?
Refunds due to injury/personal circumstances are considered on a case by case basis, please email us to discuss. Any refunds issued will forfeit a processing fee from the payment provider.
Do you have shower/bathroom facilities?
We don’t have shower facilities, however we have bathrooms.
Do you offer private sessions?
Absolutely! Please reach out via phone or email to discuss how we can facilitate this. I also offer private sessions for groups of friends, family etc!
