Avocado Baby leads pregnancy yoga and mums & bubs yoga classes, provides birth education, active birth workshops, birth doula support, and the NEW “Avocado Mamas” Mothers Group! All on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula in Victoria.
Founder Felicity Pountney, has been teaching yoga in the pre & postnatal space for 10 years, and an independent birth educator for eight. She is a trained birth doula (by the incredible Rhea Dempsey), supporting expecting parents as they prepare to meet their babies.

Avocado Baby Birth Classes
Felicity offers Avocado Baby Birth Classes for mums-to-be and their birth partners, to prepare for a positive and empowered birth.
Group courses & private (in home) courses are available.
Group courses (max 8 couples) are held in Mornington.
They incorporate gentle yoga to keep everyone moving! Felicity’s husband Tom also attends part of the course to provide a birth partner’s perspective. This is a very unique offering in the birth education space nationally.
Felicity is also a registered Hypnobirthing Australia™ practitioner, having taught the Positive Birth Program for the past 8 years. Refresher courses are available for those who have completed the Positive Birth Program before, and would like to revisit the course before their next birth.
