Felicity leads pre and postnatal yoga classes, the Hypnobirthing Australia™ Positive Birth Program , and “Mind, Body, Bump” Days on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula in Victoria.
Pre & Postnatal Yoga
Felicity is a qualified and registered yoga instructor, with additional qualifications in both pre and postnatal yoga. She offers classes for women to come together in a safe and intimate environment, empowering them through the pregnancy and postpartum journey. She helps women prepare mentally and physically for the stages of pregnancy, birth and motherhood, as well as restoring and nurturing body and mind.
Felicity understands the importance of welcoming the whole family into these moments with their babies. Welcome…Parent & Bubs yoga, open to both mums & dads, with their babies!
All group classes are held on the Mornington Peninsula, either at Safety Beach, or Mt Martha. Private sessions are also available upon request.

Positive Birth Program
Felicity is a qualified Hypnobirthing Australia™ practitioner. She offers the Positive Birth Program for mums-to-be and their birth partners, to prepare for a positive and empowered birth.
The 12-hour small group course is held over a weekend , or two consecutive Sundays in either Mornington or Safety Beach (depending on group size).
It incorporates gentle yoga to keep everyone moving!
Private Courses are held in the comfort of your home on weekdays. Refresher courses are also available for those who have completed the Positive Birth Program before, and would like to revisit the course before their next birth!
